Did you recently fall while biking and now your shoulder hurts?  Maybe you have knee pain that gets better but then annoyingly comes back every couple years?  Whether you have a new or ongoing issue, I can help.

My approach starts with a thorough subjective and objective evaluation to establish a diagnosis.  The goal is to figure out the cause of your issue and not just treat the symptoms.  I’ll use hands-on manual therapy to improve issues like limited joint mobility or tight muscles.  We’ll finish with an individualized home program that utilizes therapeutic exercises to address the deficits found in the evaluation and to maintain/improve the gains we make with manual therapy in the clinic.

Follow-up visits are designed to supplement your home program.  We won’t waste time doing the same thing you can achieve at home.  I’ll quickly re-asses you at each visit to see what needs to be addressed that day with the focus of treatment being on manual therapy and exercise progressions.

Expect an hour of attentive care in a bright, calm space.  No need to arrive 15 minutes early like most medical appointments. You can always expect me to be on time for you.  The care you receive will never be controlled by insurance restrictions or productivity standards.  I’m a cash-based practitioner just like a massage therapist or chiropractor.  Please check out my pricing page to learn more about the advantages of not using insurance companies.

What People Are Saying

“My physician recommended Physical Therapy for chronic neck pain. I was assigned to work with Kirsten and I am grateful that I was. Kirsten is professional, very knowledgeable and was really focused on decreasing my pain and increasing my movement. She was successful on both fronts. I highly recommend Kirsten!”

“I highly recommend Kirsten as a physical therapist! She helped me through hip surgery and shoulder surgery. And being in my mid 50’s that’s a tough task in its self. She was able to work with me and it felt like she considered me as a friend! Today I’m doing great and I have to thank Kirsten for that!”

“My health is integral to my work as a guide and an athlete. As an injured athlete I was worried I would not get back to 100%. Thanks to the help of Kirsten, I stayed focused and motivated on my recovery. The therapy helped me make steady progress and soon I was back on my feet. I feel I returned to my activities more confident and stronger than ever before.”
